About ETF
HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (HDFC AMC) is the Investment Manager to HDFC Mutual Fund (HDFC MF), the largest mutual fund in India, with total AUM of Rs. 44 Lakh Crore as of March 31, 2026. HDFC AMC has a diversified asset class mix across Equity and Fixed Income/Others. It has a countrywide network of branches along with a diversified distribution network comprising Banks, Independent Financial Advisors and National Distributors. HDFC AMC offers a wide range of mutual funds, delivered through both active and passive strategies across asset classes, including equity, fixed income, hybrid and multi-asset solutions. The Company extends portfolio management services and alternative investment funds to diverse customer needs. The Company is also registered under the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 1993 and provides Portfolio Management Services. Further, the Company acts as an Investment Manager to HDFC AMC AIF-II and HDFC AMC Structured Credit AIF-I, trusts registered with SEBI as a. Category II Alternative Investment Fund under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012. HDFC Trustee Company Limited has appointed the Company to act as the investment manager of HDFC Mutual Fund.
